Do I need an account to browse opportunities?
No. The project pipeline, sector profiles and guides are open to everyone. You need an account only to apply.
How long does verification take?
Most KYS profiles are reviewed within a few working days. You are notified in the portal and by email as soon as a decision is made.
Can someone act on my behalf?
Yes. Add them as an authorised representative on your organization, with the authority type and the period the authority runs for.
What if my details change?
Update your profile or organization record. If the record has already been verified, ask an officer to reopen it.
Can I book a meeting before registering?
Yes. Use the Book a Meeting form — no account is required.
